PAY RANGE
$100,000 - $120,000 Annual Salary - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Office Manager at MidPen Housing, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide safe, affordable, high-quality housing to those most in need. Based in our East Bay office and overseeing operations across all three of our Bay Area locations, you will ensure our workplace environment is efficient, welcoming, and equipped to help our teams do their best work.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will lead office planning, vendor and facilities coordination, process development, and administrative staff supervision. You will collaborate across departments to create scalable systems and proactive solutions that align with our long-term operational needs.
