RECRUITER
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, leveraging modern sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and data analytics to meet hiring goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
